e-safety

We think that E-safety is key to well being online and that all children should understand how to remain safe at all times when using digital technologies.

Children in Darrenlas are encouraged to follow the SMART rules to look after themselves and those they are connected to online.

Remember:

S - Keep personal information safe and secure.

M - Never agree to meet people you don't know online (always tell an adult if someone asks you to meet them).

A - Never accept or open texts, emails, files or friend requests from people you don't know.

R - remember that not all people or information online is reliable or trustworthy.

T - Always tell an adult if you have a problem, get upset or feel unsafe online.
